- [Instructor] The following video will show the installation and features of the Kimberly-Clark Professional MOD M-series Module. Always wear appropriate protective gear and follow all safety regulations and procedures. See the product insert for additional information and warnings. Remove the module and its associated parts from the container, and dispose of packaging materials appropriately. Prior to installing the module into the dispenser, the roll holders need to be attached to the module. The left and right roll holders are not interchangeable and are marked with an L or an R to indicate position. With the roll holder ears facing outward, grasp the roll holders and begin inserting the front tabs into the mounting slots, and then rotate back until the roll holder snaps into position. To install the module, align the module with the mounting rails located in the back of the chassis. Tilt the module as shown, and lower the module until it snaps into place. Once properly installed, the module should be fully seated, and resting on the bottom shelf of the housing. If a gap is visible, remove the module, and repeat the installation process. For purposes of this video, the dispenser door has been removed. The Kimberly-Clark Professional MOD Dispenser System combines a color-coded core plug and matching roll holders. Only core plugs and roll holders with matching colors will work together. To load the dispenser, position the roll of paper so that the core plug is facing the right roll holder. With the paper tail resting on the top of the module, thread the paper under the white transfer roller and turn the emergency knob. Close the cover, and the dispenser is now ready for use. The M-series Module is equipped with a stub roll feature to provide continuous dispensing of product. This will aid in your sustainability efforts by ensuring maximum consumption of every roll. When the paper roll is approximately the same diameter as the roll holder flange, the roll may be removed to the stub roll position. Without unthreading the paper, remove the paper from the primary roll holders and place the roll down into the stub roll tray. Place a new roll of paper on the primary roll holder, and place the paper tail on top of the transfer roller, and secure onto the two blue transfer clips. The new roll of paper will not start dispensing until the stub roll is depleted, at which point, rotating the emergency knob initiates a transfer.
