- [Instructor] Installation instructions for the Slimline Touchless Counter Mount Skin Care Dispenser. Always wear appropriate protective gear, and follow all safety regulations and procedures. See product insert for additional information and warnings. If a one inch hole already exists on the countertop, skip the next several steps. If drilling a new hole, it is recommended the hole be away from the faucet, preferably in the ten o'clock or two o'clock position. Note the maximum dimension from the center of the hole to the edge of the sink is 3.5 inches. Once the location is determined, trace the one inch diameter hole using a marker. Drill a one inch diameter hole in the marked location. Clean the area around the hole so it is free of debris. If there is a sink lip or other clearance issue, use optional spacer 774104 to raise the dispensing head high, to avoid false dispensing. Remove the adhesive liner on the bottom surface of the threaded soap discharge head, insert the threaded soap discharge shaft through the hole in the countertop. Finalize the position of the threaded soap discharge head, and then press down firmly to secure it. Position the lock washer on the bottom of the threaded soap discharge head. Thread the nut onto the bottom of the threaded soap discharge head. Thread nut tightly so that the head is securely connected to the underside of the counter. Apply a bead of clear silicone caulk around the perimeter of the threaded soap discharge head after it is secured to the countertop. Align the yellow arrow on the signal cable plug with the yellow arrow on the motor module receptacle. Push the signal cable plug into the motor module receptacle. Push the motor module up until both snaps lock into place. Push the batter compartment cover onto the battery compartment base until both the top and bottom of the cover snap into place. Install the assembled battery compartment to the back or sidewall under the countertop using screws. Install the power cable plug into the power receptacle on the motor module. Soap refill bottle installation and removal. Slip the straw into the underside of the motor module. Push the refill bottle flush to the motor module until both snaps are secure. Prime the pump by placing one hand under the soap discharge head to activate the motor. Repeat until a consistent shot of foam soap is discharged. To remove an empty refill bottle, squeeze the release tabs on the top of the refill and slide the bottle down and out. To change the sensor range, remove the refill. Timing is critical to set this insert. Place and hold hand in front of sensor for at least five seconds but no more than ten. Blocking the dispenser setting for less than five or greater than ten seconds will not initiate the range change function. The dispenser will activate indicating the range has changed. To change batteries, push the key fully into the top of the assembled battery compartment, then grip the battery compartment cover and pull it away from the battery compartment base. The following information is intended to assist, should you encounter a problem during installation. Additional information can be found in the troubleshooting guide included with your dispenser.
